Principals

Mork began his teaching career in 2008 in Garland ISD as a Social Studies teacher and girls' coach and joined the staff at Burnett Junior High as a History teacher and coach in 2013.   He also served as girls' athletic coordinator in both districts, as well as campus testing coordinator before transitioning to the Assistant Principal role in 2016.   

Mr. Mork received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology/Criminology from the University of Oklahoma (BOOMER SOONER), and his Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University.  He and his wife are the proud parents of two beautiful children, one of whom is in our incredible feeder pattern. 

He is honored with the privilege of serving alongside our students and staff to make these 2 years of junior high an enjoyable time.  The staff at Cooper is one of the hardest working in the state of Texas and will love and care for your students each and every day.

Zucha grew up in Wylie ISD beginning school as a Hartman Cool Cat and eventually graduating as a Wylie High Pirate. AHMO!  

Mrs. Zucha began her time in education as the attendance clerk for Cooper Jr. High. A year later, she began her teaching career in 2015 as a 7^th Grade Science teacher at Cooper. She then joined the administration team in 2022 at Cooper as an assistant principal where she currently serves.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master of Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University.

Zucha resides in Wylie ISD with her husband, Zach.
